The full patch notes were released today (and fully translated by yours truly) to give us a glimpse at what's waiting for us in this upcoming new era of Granblue Fantasy Versus. Tomorrow will finally see the release of the long-awaited new character Belial (who we've known about since before the core game even came out) as well as the implementation of a ranked mode reset and a massive balance patch for Granblue Fantasy Versus as it enters its second season of content. After spending the last week playing plenty of matches as her, against her and also watching loads of footage, here's where I feel Cagliostro's strengths and weaknesses lie, as well as how I think she'll fit in with the rest of the Granblue Fantasy Versus cast of characters. True to form, she's a very tricky character with a lot of nasty setups given the proper preptime.
